The excellence of Maestri del Gusto (Masters of Taste) of Turin and province is documented by the homonymous publication that recounts its products, stories and curiosities. Now in its fifth edition, the Maestri del Gusto project awards 149 artists of taste, faithful to the tradition and products of the territory, selected in association with Slow Food and the Chemical Laboratory of the chamber of commerce.
